Shipping within Germany

When we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and ship it with DHL. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery in Germany.


International Shipping

All orders outside Germany are shipped with DHL Premium. The shipping price will vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

Important information about international shipping:
Duties, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments (e.g. outside of the EU). Please get to know your country customs policies before ordering. We do not cover duties and taxes that might be charged in the country of destination.


Shipping to the United States (DDP)

For orders shipped to the United States, we currently offer delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by us, and no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Please note that this is a temporary arrangement and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.


Refusal of Acceptance / Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of the goods without valid reason, or if delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (including but not limited to incorrect address details, failure to collect the shipment, or repeated absence), we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

In such cases, we are entitled to deduct any costs incurred from the refund, including but not limited to:

  • outbound shipping costs
  • return shipping costs (e.g. DHL Premium return charges)
  • customs duties, taxes, and handling fees
  • any additional expenses arising from the failed delivery

Any remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer 14 day returns on HindleBar products which starts from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email contact should be made to contact@hindlebar.com stating the reason for the return before shipping a returned product.

The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it is received by HindleBar and you are notified that it has been received. We recommend obtaining proof of postage or a tracking number, in case the return takes longer than expected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that we will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs.


Partial refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us immediately if you have received a faulty or damaged item. Before returning the product, please email us at contact@hindlebar.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before use. Packages damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged upon delivery or refused at delivery. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
