HindleBar Balance Base incorporating 28.6mm bar clamps and bolts (and 22.2mm bar clamp adapters if you choose this option). This gives you the possibility of training with your own 28.6mm or 22.2mm handlebars, bar pad and grips, as part of a Functional Fitness Product. You can easily attach the HindleBar Balance Base to a 28.6mm or 22.2mm handlebar using the hex key provided and then you are ready to start your next level workouts.

Whether you are a Motorcycle Rider or simply a Fitness Enthusiast, HindleBar is a functional workout product and core trainer that can be used by anyone to help improve core strength & endurance, full body muscle tone, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.

NB: The handlebar will not sit in the same position as when riding a motorcycle or bike – it will be rotated in a ‘further forward’ orientation. The product does not resemble riding, it is a tool to improve core strength & stability.
