This gives you the possibility of training with your own 28.6mm or 22.2mm handlebars, bar pad and grips, as part of a Functional Fitness Product. You can easily attach the HindleBar Balance Base to a 28.6mm or 22.2mm handlebar using the hex key provided and then you are ready to start your next level workouts.

NB: The handlebar will not sit in the same position as when riding a motorcycle or bike – it will be rotated in a ‘further forward’ orientation. The product does not resemble riding, it is a tool to improve core strength & stability.
