Whether you are a Motorcycle Rider or simply a Fitness Enthusiast, HindleBar is a functional workout product and core trainer that can be used by anyone to help improve core strength & endurance, full body muscle tone, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
The whole product includes a handlebar, grips, bar clamps (including bolts), bar pad and a specially designed balance base which creates controlled instability.
The product comes fully assembled. All you need to do is adjust the bar into position using the hex key provided.Â
NB: The handlebar will not sit in the same position as when riding a motorcycle or bike – it will be rotated in a ‘further forward’ orientation. The product does not resemble riding, it is a tool to improve core strength & stability.
